Is the laser CAP FSA eligible?
Kera Factor products are not currently set up to accept direct payments via Flexible SpendingAccounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA). However, you may still be able to use your FSA or HSA funds to purchase these products by submitting a reimbursement claim to your plan administrator. Eligibility for reimbursement can vary depending on your specific plan and the nature of the product.
Generally, FSAs and HSAs cover expenses that are primarily for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, as defined by the IRS. Cosmetic treatments and products aimed at improving appearance are typically not eligible. How long your product last after opening?
Our products have a clearly labeled expiration date on the packaging to ensure optimal efficacy and safety. When stored in a cool, dry place, the product remains effective up until that expiration date, even after opening.
Can I use your products with Minoxidil?
You can use Kera Factor products in conjunction with Minoxidil 5%. Many of our customers find success incorporating both into their routines. However, because there can be variability in the alcohol content of Minoxidil, we recommend waiting at least 10 minutes after applying Minoxidil before using the Kera Factor product. This allows the Minoxidil to absorb fully and minimizes any interaction between the two products, ensuring you get the most benefit from both. For best results, we recommend applying one product in the morning and the other in the evening to give your scalp adequate time to absorb each product.
For example:
Morning: Apply Minoxidil 5%.
Evening: Use the Kera Factor products.
